UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES AT SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING BASED COMPANIES

Overview:

Several Intel manufacturing facilities, in cooperation with participating colleges, offer paid internships for students enrolled full time in specific two-year electronics and technology programs. These internships offer hands-on technical education and experience and valuable networking opportunities. Technical college internships are available on a variety of schedules determined by the managers and business needs of the participating Intel manufacturing facility. Most technical college internships involve compressed workweek shifts (approximately 11.5 hours per day), although some allow modified work schedules. Pay is determined by the prevailing rate at the participating Intel manufacturing facility (including benefits). There are a limited number of internships available, so early application is encouraged.
