BA STAR Retreat
B A STAR or Basic and Advanced Science & Technology Academies of Research consists
of a weekend leadership retreat and a six-week Summer intensive program at Chico
State University.
Within the Summer program, students were eligible for a $1500
stipend and had the opportunity to re-build a computer to take home. Students
participating in the program have made a two year obligation to continue undergraduate
research within the B A STAR program.
