ASG Officers

President - Nicole Pinto

Hey, this is your ASG president, Nicole. I am attending my second year at Mission College and I'm a Biology major on a pre-med track.
I am definitely a strong advocate for getting involved on campus. To be honest, school is tough and the benefits often seem to be distant and surreal. Joining a club helps you to meet others who are in the same boat as you. In addition joining a club can help you meet new people, network with others, buff up resumes, and the main reason, belong. Just remember all you have to do is ask. Find me. Find an ASG member. It all starts with a question.

I have already learned much about how the Board of Trustees functions by attending Board meetings over the past two years.
One of the most important functions of the Board is to manage the budget. My experience with budgeting for a small business will enable me to effectively participate as a member of the Board as Student Trustee.
I have been a Senator for two semesters. I have also served on the Academic Senate and the Student Equity Committee, and as Treasurer of the local chapter of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society.
