Charge: The purpose of the ASC is to serve as an overall coordinating body in the governance of the administrative functions. As a shared governance body, the decision-making process should provide opportunities for consensus building and conflict resolution. Shared decision-making should lead to trust, cooperation, mutual understanding, team identity and coordination. Goals of the council will be to focus on service and to build cohesive positive relationships between the colleges and administrative services. The council will coordinate initiatives that arise from Administrative Services and will be the link between the administrative services units and the District Coordinating Council.
