Emergency Procedures
Being prepared for emergencies lessens their impact. It is the goal of this website to provide the knowledge to prepare ourselves, our loved ones, and our environments so we are able to respond confidently and efficiently during a disaster.
The Mission College Emergency Procedures Plan is a document designed to provide a framework for protecting students, staff, and campus facilities, as well as to describe the responsibilities of staff members, for a wide range of emergency and disaster situations that may occur.
The plan was developed by the Mission College Office of Emergency Management as a tool to assist in the planning and implementation of effective emergency preparedness programs at our college.

Emergency Evacuation
The Emergency Evacuation Plan provides a system for protection of life and property in the event of a fire, explosion or other emergency requiring building evacuation. Occupants and users should become familiar with the contents of the plans and become aware of the procedures for an orderly evacuation in the event of an emergency. An Emergency Evacuation Plan (EEP) combined with occupant building familiarity minimizes threats to life and property. These plans apply to all emergencies where occupants may need to evacuate the building for personal safety.
