Course
Overview:
This
course will acquaint students with the basics of networking.
Students will learn what networking is and why it is important to
career and personal growth. Topics covered include creating a
plan for networking, exploring fundamentals of successful networking,
and discovering networking tools and strategies. Credit/No
Credit Option.
Time: Saturday, October 3 and 10, 8:15am - 12:30pm

Instructor: Lale Yurtseven
About the Instructor: Lale
Yurtseven has over 18 years experience in marketing, business
development and international management. She currently is the
Director of Sales and Marketing for HostPortal and previously served as
Director of Business Development for Logos Corporation. She has
extensive experience in developing new business and key accounts at
both small and large, Fortune 500 companies. Lale also previously
worked for the United Nations and as an interpreter/translater.
Lale has an MBA in International Management and B.A. in International Relations from Monterey Institute
of International Studies.
