Eligibility Assessment
Students do not need to have a disability to enroll in classes offered by the Disability Instructional Support Center. However, in order to receive ongoing services, such as notetaking, test-taking accommodations, etc., students must have verification of a disability.
Assessment is available within DISC to students who have not been previously or recently tested to determine the presence of a learning disability. Learning Disability assessments are available by appointment. Referrals for other assessments (visual, attention deficit disorder, communication, etc.) are provided upon request.
