About the BUS 037 Course:

In this course, students will learn the secrets to successful project management:  how to create a plan, implement it, monitor progress, correct as necessary and deliver as promised. Credit/No Credit Option.


Student Outcomes:

At the end of this course you should be able to

  • Develop a project plan.
  • Manage and evaluate project teams.
  • Measure and evaluate projects.

This is a completely online class -  all exams will be completed online.

Materials Required:

  • Text:  Project Management, 4e. Gray/Larsen,  2007.  ISBN# 9780073348179 or purchase an etext online.  (Go to "Business and Economics" then "Operations Management").
  • We will be using the Online Learning Center that comes with new textbook.  If you buy a used book, you must purchase online access separately for $10.  Call textbook customer service at 800-262-4729.
  • Access to the Internet
