About the BUS 028B Course:

This course is a continuation of BUS 028A, an introduction to law relating to the conduct of business, and covers laws governing sales and leases, debtor-creditor relations, negotiable instruments, international law and governmental regulation.  Credit/No Credit Option. 

Student Outcomes: 

At the end of this course you should be able to

  • Analyze business situation involving legal issue and determine best course of action.
  • Utilize and critique legal resource web sites.
  • Determine whether a valid  sales contract and lease exists.
