"The certificates were helpful.  I just started a new job and I have found that the certificates have been useful in keeping current on my skills.  I will be on the phone quite a bit in this new role, and the customer service skills and business communication skills seem to be helpful.

I have also had to write a brief summary for my boss and the skills learned from Business Communications have come in handy.  In fact, the two textbooks "The World of Customer Service" and "BCOM" are at my desk. 

The skills I learned are  invaluable.  The experience at Mission was fantastic and I feel very fortunate to have crossed paths with such great teachers."
