BUS 028B:  Business Law II Online

A continuation of BUS 28A that covers topics such as:

· International law
· Sales contracts and leases
· Negotiable instruments
· Debtor and creditor relations
· Consumer and environmental protection
· Antitrust
· Types of business organizations including franchising.

Course Overview:
This course is a continuation of BUS 028A, an introduction to law relating to the conduct of business, and covers laws governing sales and leases, debtor-creditor relations, negotiable instruments, international law and governmental regulation.  Credit/No Credit Option.
