The definitive Fibonacci Web Site, in my opinion, is Dr.Ron Knott's extensive site called Fibonacci and the Golden Section. It has received numerous awards and explains both the simple and the complex aspects of the Fibonacci Sequence. Lots of great links as well.
Dr.Math Is a searchable site that has lost of information about Fibonacci, the Golden Sequence and Ratio. It is a great place for any level of math homework help as well as term paper ideas.
For some more information on the Golden Ratio you can go to "Golden Geometry" and it goes without saying, there are some more links on that subject there.
