CARE

The Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) Program is designed to focus on the unique needs of single-parent students who receive TANF funds or who are effected by CalWORKs regulations. CARE endeavors in assisting students to succeed in realizing their visions of educational success and economic independence. CARE offers a wide spectrum of services which includes an additional grant, book vouchers, parking permits, and an annual student conference, to name a few. In order to maximize the resources available to them, students may participate in both CARE and CalWORKs at the same time. For more information contact Rene Mesa, EOPS/CARE Specialist at (408) 855-5060 or via e-mail at .
