Registration procedures vary with the program or class group:

1. Personal Enrichment Classes

Register by doing ONE of the following:

Fax a photocopy of your completed registration form page from to (408) 855-5480. Please include payment information - registration cannot be made without it.
Mail this form (.pdf) and check payable to:

Register online through Mission College Web registration System (MyWebServices). If you need to register for more than one person, each student should be entered as an individual (not as a team or couple).

2. Child Birth Preparation and Infant Care Classes

Refer to the class schedule for dates, times & places, and class section number - it is suggested that you choose a class that concludes three weeks prior to your delivery date. Please choose your class wisely as there is limited space. Changes can only made due medical reasons and will require a doctor's note.
