EOPS - Apply

Qualifications

To qualify for EOPS you must meet all five of the following requirements:

  • Be a California Resident
  • Be enrolled full-time (12 units or more)
  • Not have completed more than 70 units of degree applicable college level course work
  • Qualify for the Board of Governor's Fee Waiver (BOGFW)
  • Be educationally disadvantaged according to program criteria

In addition, to be eligible for an EOPS grant you need to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to determine unmet financial need.

How to Apply

EOPS is accepting applications for 2012-2013 starting May 1, 2012 . EOPS is funded to serve a limited number of students and reserves the right to cease accepting applications when that number is reached. Print out the application and submit it to EOPS in E1-403. EOPS Application FALL 2012.

If you are receiving TANF consider applying for the CARE program. Complete the application and return it to EOPS.
